She is just spamming the web 2.0 sites and encouraging others to join her in spamming by selling her lists to several people. She is just promoting the unethical ways of marketing.
Even if the method she promotes works, when her list is out to all the subscribers , all will start creating profiles and there by forcing the web site owners to change their polices. They will either remove the option to drop links or will make them nofollow. That is the reason many of the sites contained in her list are nofollow.
The packets may be getting saturated a bit but they have worked in the past. I’ve had rankings shoots up in the past when trying Angelas packets. For $5 though it is worth it although if you use your head you can also find sites like this yourself… then keep them to yourself.
